The market is home to a large, changing variety of peaches and nectarines, heirloom tomatoes, red, white, and blue potatoes, and many leafy, green vegetables as well as juices, cheese, bread and pastries, grass-fed bison, fresh flowers, and much more

Polito Family Farms from San Diego County  - a second generation farm with blood oranges, figs, and a wide variety of quality citrus fruits, as well as eggs
Spring Hill Jersey Cheese is a farmstead cheese operation that is in the process of getting organic certification with 400 cows.  They have been making cheese for nine years

Apple Sherrill Orchards has the most interesting selection of juices . . . pomegranate, apple, peach, and many mixed juices
Smith Farms from Orange County with organic and conventional strawberries and a wide variety of vegetables

Santiago Family Farms with lots of berries --- raspberries, blueberries, blackberries and strawberries --- as well as a growing variety of fresh vegetables

Winchester Cheese Company-featuring a selection of Couda cheeses made locally in SoCal in the same families in Holland for many, many generations (Hopefully!)
Corn Maiden with a wide variety of interesting gourmet tamales.  Selections include vegetarian, meat, and even dessert tamales
Candy’s Natural Gourmet Meats is now grilling sausage, carne asada, chicken sandwiches at the market, AND selling natural chicken, beef, and sausage for the home kitchen
